This Privacy Policy describes how Meeting Workspace (the "Service", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services.
1. Who we are
Meeting Workspace is operated by Marco, an independent software developer based in Hong Kong SAR. Contact: support@meetingworkspaces.com.
2. Information we collect
- Meeting notes you input: processed in real-time, not stored on our servers beyond the processing window.
- Email address: optional, only if you sign up for the Starter tier or purchase a Pro/Max subscription.
- License key & device identifier: stored locally (localStorage) and sent to our server for license verification and device-binding.
- Usage quotas: run counters stored locally and mirrored on our server to enforce plan limits.
- Analytics: anonymised page views and events via Umami (cookie-free, no personal identifiers).
- Payment data: processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.
3. How we use information
- To provide the AI summarisation service.
- To enforce subscription limits and prevent abuse.
- To communicate service-related updates (only if you subscribed).
- To improve the product via aggregated, anonymised analytics.
4. How we protect data
- All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Meeting notes are never written to a persistent database.
- Access to production infrastructure is restricted and MFA-protected.
5. Third-party services
- AI processing: Perplexity AI / OpenAI — governed by their privacy policies.
- Payments: Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Their policy.
- Hosting: Netlify.
- Analytics: Umami (cookie-free).
6. Cookies
We do NOT use tracking cookies. We only use browser localStorage for language, theme, quota, and license key.
7. Data retention
- Meeting notes: never stored server-side.
- Email / license key: kept while subscription is active + 12 months for tax/accounting, then deleted.
- Analytics: aggregated, up to 24 months.
8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Email support@meetingworkspaces.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via email (to subscribed users) and/or a banner on the site.

本私隱政策描述 Meeting Workspace（「本服務」、「我們」）在你使用本網站及服務時，如何收集、使用及保護你的資料。

2. 我們收集的資料
- 你輸入的會議紀錄：以即時方式處理，處理完成後不會儲存在伺服器。
- 電郵地址：只有在註冊 Starter 方案或購買 Pro/Max 時才需要。
- 授權碼及裝置識別碼：儲存喺你瀏覽器的 localStorage，並傳送至我們伺服器以驗證授權及裝置綁定。
- 用量記錄：次數計算儲存喺本地，並喺伺服器同步以執行方案限制。
- 分析數據：透過 Umami 收集匿名頁面瀏覽及事件（不使用 cookie、無個人識別）。
- 付款資料：全部由 Lemon Squeezy 處理，我們從唔會看到或儲存你的信用卡資料。
3. 我們如何使用資料
- 提供 AI 會議總結服務。
- 執行訂閱限制，防止濫用。
- 發送服務相關更新（只發給已訂閱用戶）。
- 透過匿名匯總分析改善產品。
4. 我們如何保護資料
- 所有傳輸均使用 HTTPS / TLS 加密。
- 會議紀錄從唔會寫入任何持久資料庫。
- 生產環境存取受限制，並啟用 MFA。
5. 第三方服務
- AI 處理：Perplexity AI / OpenAI，遵從其各自私隱政策。
- 付款處理：Lemon Squeezy（交易處理商）。其政策。
- 主機：Netlify。
- 分析：Umami（不使用 cookie）。
6. Cookie
我們唔用追蹤 cookie。只使用瀏覽器 localStorage 儲存語言、主題、用量及授權碼。
7. 資料保留期
- 會議紀錄：從唔儲存喺伺服器。
- 電郵 / 授權碼：訂閱期間 + 12 個月（稅務及會計需要），之後刪除。
- 分析數據：匯總形式，最長 24 個月。
8. 你的權利（GDPR / CCPA）
你有權存取、更正、刪除或轉移你的個人資料。請電郵 support@meetingworkspaces.com，我們會喺 30 日內回覆。
9. 兒童
本服務唔對 13 歲以下兒童開放。
10. 政策修訂
我們可能會修訂本政策。重大變更會透過電郵（訂閱用戶）或網站橫額通知。
