These Terms govern your use of Meeting Workspace (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Meeting Workspace is operated by Marco, based in Hong Kong SAR. Contact: support@meetingworkspaces.com.

2. Service description

Meeting Workspace uses AI to generate summaries, decisions, action items, and follow-up emails from meeting transcripts you provide. The Service is fully self-serve and web-based. We do NOT offer 1:1 services, custom development, or bespoke consulting.

3. Subscription tiers

• Free: 1 run per day, no signup.
• Starter: 3 runs per day, free after email registration.
• Pro — USD $19/month: 10 runs per week. Up to 2 devices.
• Max — USD $29/month: 60 runs per month. Up to 5 devices.

4. Payments

Processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). All prices in USD. You also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms.

5. Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee on initial purchase. Email support@meetingworkspaces.com within 14 days. Renewals are non-refundable; you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Input illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or rights-infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or APIs.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your license key or device slots.
• Generate content violating applicable laws.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before acting on it. We do NOT guarantee factual accuracy.

9. Intellectual property

• Input remains YOUR property.
• AI-generated output is licensed to you under a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence for any lawful use.
• The Service's code, design, and brand are owned by us.

10. Service availability

Provided "AS IS". Target 99% uptime but no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach. You may stop using anytime.

13. Governing law

Governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes resolved in Hong Kong courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes notified via email (paid users) and/or site banner.
